The Smart Hotel solution brings together two aspects: the supervision, managed by Hotel personnel, and the management of the room by the Customer.
A complete range meeting all specific needs
All the system devices have been developed using BUS/SCS protocol technology, which gives maximum efficiency and installation flexibility in the whole system.
The range is available for installation and coordination with the Living Now, Axolute and Livinglight domestic series, and the front cover plates can also be customised with the Hotel logos.
The “HotelSupervision” supervision software allows the complete control of the hotel and the supervision of the rooms: from the check of accesses, to the maximum comfort in the utilities (lights, sockets and air conditioning). The software is available in two versions: the first to manage up to 20 rooms or common areas (item 3544SW) and the second to manage more than 20 rooms or common areas (item 3546SW).

Customisation of the Premium range through a dedicated tool
The catalogue offers a complete range of touch interfaces with icons and functions already set, in two different colours: BLACK AND WHITE.
For projects requiring something different, using the customisation tool it is possible to order a wide range of optional special customisations from BTicino.
The tool is a web-app that after a guided procedure will generate a pdf “bill of materials” to be sent to the sales representative or the distributor to order the products.
These devices are installed in standard wall mounted boxes and are aesthetically compatible with the rest of the ranges.
The customisation tool is available in several languages free of charge.
Supervision and management software
The supervision software is one of the system's main components. If it is installed on a PC in reception it can interact with the following room parameters:
- The guests are in the bedroom;
- Temperature measurement and modification of the adjustment values;
- Status of the presence of the key card reader in the key card holder;
- Check the scenario activation;
- Verify switching on lights and automation controls;
- Alarm signals (SOS bathroom call, windows open, fridge open, entrance door open).
The software also gives the possibility of managing and programming the key card readers with RFID transponder technology in credit card format (Mifare classic ISO 14443 technology, type A) for access to rooms and common areas. The tabletop key card programmer has to be connected to the PC in the reception using usb connection. This allows writing or cancelling the information recorded on the key card.
With the help of device item F459 and specific drives, the Driver Manager integration platform allows the management of third-party systems or products. It is possible by means of the SCS-BUS devices to control, for example, the VRV, VRF and air conditioning systems of the main producers on the market.
The IP scenario module MH201 manages and saves the scenarios (max. 50) of the room or common zone, and acts as interface with the rest of the system and the functions of the Hotel. It connects to the rest of the hotel using the Ethernet network (RJ45).
The cover plates and traditional and glass controls and the key cards can be graphically customised with symbols or the hotel's logo to improve aesthetics. It is also possible to customise the touch screens, so that in stand-by the device will display the hotel logo or the graphic chosen.
